On January 9, 2004, Gwen Wallot gave a wonderful presentation on the quilt collection of the DAR Museum in Washington, D.C. The highlight of the presentation was the unveiling of the Mary Mannakee Quilt, handstitched by Frances Sturtevant. Click on the photo to read the full story. | |

The Lucy Knox Chapter donated a copy of the book Glimpses of Ohio Counties to the Knox County Historical Society. The Knox County chapter was written by KCHS director, James Gibson (pictured). Looking at the book with Mr. Gibson are Bea Berg and Patti Albaugh, Lucy Knox members. | |

On 10 May, 2003, the Lucy Knox Chapter dedicated the grave marker of patriot Levi Harrod, buried in Union Grove Church Cemetery. Over 100 people, including more than 40 direct descendants of Levi Harrod were present. Click on the photo to see more of the day's events. |
